About Me

I support individuals navigating the various pressures and stresses in their lives.  I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.  I work with clients interested in exploring obstacles and developing new patterns that support growth and healing.  You will likely find me warm, engaged, and direct.  Our sessions will seem active and conversational- you will not feel like you are the only one doing the talking!

I focus on helping clients to find comfort with themselves so that they may find success in the world.  Clients have shared they feel like they're part of a team and not up against problems alone.  Drawing from Strength Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, DBT and Mindfulness, my  approach to therapy is focused on the needs and goals of each client.

Outside of my private practice, I teach yoga and mindfulness classes at Harvard and MIT and run a DBT skills group for young adults and working professionals.  I incorporate these skills and tools with clients, helping to support lasting change.

My Writing Availability: I will respond to messages within 24 hours during the week. If you message me on Friday, I will respond by Monday. I am open to discuss and negotiate expectations with communication, based off of each of our needs.
